 Corporate responsibility and sustainability are principles that we try to show through our business practices. Shared values, the communities and environment, and ethics are important to maintain and support. As a company we always encourage employees on every level to participate in contributing to the communities around us. Our products are designed to be educational, to stimulate the development and to make the children happy. Therefore our IKC’s participation in community projects in both Europe and China focuses on the well being, education and development of children. Our activities range from supporting fundraising events, volunteer projects, and providing play to those who need it most.
Examples of our involvement with charity foundations are “Stichting doe een Wens” (Europe), “Mappa Mondo” (Europe), a donation to the Jiaxing Orphanage (Zhejiang province, China), and most recently the Hengli Community Service Center in Donguang City (Guangdong province, China).
 Every year 10 million migrants settle down in Donguang to find a better job and provide better support to their children and family members. Often these migrants are unable to provide proper education and a stable environment for their children. The Hengli Community Service Center helps migrants to settle down in Dongguang and supports them in creating a new home for their children by providing a stable and safe, where they can play, study and do sports. The community center was founded in 2005 by Mr. and Mrs. Xu who spend 1 million RMB ( approx. 150K USD) of their own savings and raised another 1 million RMB to finance the founding. With the employees of IKC China we provided this community center with 4 large play areas in different buildings of the community center, and small educational wooden toys for children to play with. Together with the Chinese government, the Hengli Community Center now provides a proper education to over 250 children.

Instore Kids Corners has new partners in China!
 Cheer Amusement from Nanjing, Jiangsu province China, adopted the IKC products into their product range. Cheer Amusement has been a leading manufacturer and exporter of playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for shopping malls, residential areas, kindergartens, restaurants and family entertainment centers since 1994. And provide wide range of solutions for family friendly facilities.
The IKC product range is an added value to the innovative and high quality play grounds that Cheer Amusement exports and sells in mainland China. Cheer Amusement is member of several official play equipment associations that guarantee the quality and safety of their designs.

 Myoyo Investment located in Beijing started using the IKC product range in their education centers throughout Beijing earlier this year. Recently Myoyo and IKC increased their cooperation by offering Myoyo distributorship for the IKC concept in Beijing and Northern China, by doing so IKC added additional value and increased market possibilities to the Myoyo brand.
For the Chinese market Instore Kids Corners will design and produce a new range of products with SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora for which Myoyo has obtained the usage rights from Nickelodeon. (SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora and all related characters are trademarks)

 Together with IKC China's distributor from southern China, Happy Island, IKC is developing special play panels for KFC China.
Happy Island is one of IKC's distributors in China and concentrates on design, production, sales and distribution of children playgrounds and educational and amusement products. Happy Island is accredited by several national and international authorities and rewarded for their innovative designs, with high quality and safety standards.

In cooperation with Ericorps located in Shenzhen in Southern China, IKC China is working intensively on expanding their business in both mainland China as well as the surrounding Asian countries. The introduction IKC’s concept and products into the Asian markets has already been proven to be successful with several orders and new partnerships in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan.
Together with Ericorps, IKC is now in progress of establishing long term relationships with several parties in Thailand, Malaysia and South Korea.

IKC Concept at La Place!
Last few weeks, several branches of La Place features a unique IKC kids corner. This should raise awareness of the child's concept of La Place and provide a pleasant atmosphere for young and old.
The kids corners are fully adapted to the style of La Place and Kids For Animals is incorporated here. The tables, chairs and backgrounds feature unique colors and designs. Even the interactive software on the PlayTouch computer is fully adapted to this unique style.
In the placement and selection of the play elements the size of the settlement, the desired playing time and suitable locations for the playground have been taken into account. Now the selected branches of La Place take full advantage of our concept "Turning Play Into Profit!"
